Our new Alpha 150mm Velcro Buffing discs

Manufactured using a unique long nap, Microfibre toweling, the new Alpha discs offer a robust, and easy way, to revive and restore many different surfaces. If buffing paint is your choice, put your disc onto an orbital or rotary buffing machine and simply apply 6 or so pea sized dobs of Rebel Eliminator evenly on the pad. Wipe the pad onto the surface to spread the polish, Turn on the polisher at low speed and evenly work the surface. The medium density foam interface pad will allow the disc to conform to various shapes on the surface and distribute pressure evenly on more flat surfaces. The combination of the Alpha disc and Rebel Eliminator, will allow you to remove hazing and fine scratches form your paint work, leaving the painted surface looking like new.

If restoring metal is your job, the combination of the Alpha disc and Rebel Pro will be a great combination to revive the shine on Alloy tanks and bars, this set up is also great to remove polish residue between buffing stages and for final finishing and clean up on checker plate. For item with a polished stainless surface we’d recommend Renegade wicked on the Alpha buffing disc. Think of this product as a disc you can use, on an orbital or rotary machine to save yourself the chore of rubbing by hand….save time, get a better finish. We’d recommend a lower speed when using these discs.
