How do you get the best out of this kit ?….Glad you asked.
If you’ve got a pretty bad or oxidized surface, fit an Alpha Pad to your orbital buff. We’ve found setting the machine at around 3/4 speed seems to work really well. Add 6 or so large pea sized dobs of Ultracut, wipe it on to your surface and turn on the machine, moving it in circular motions. Make sure you’re working it evenly over the surface, add more UltraCut as and if required until you feel you’ve got the surface cut back and all the contamination has been removed. Take a clean microfibre cloth and clean the surface of all UltraCut residue….may even give it a spray and wipe down with our new Dissolver polish cleaner
Once the surface is cleaned, apply a new Alpha disc to your orbital buff machine…. remember to keep one disc for cutting, and one for polishing…don’t mix them up ! With you clean Alpha disc on the machine, grab you Renegade Pro Heavy Cut, apply 6 or so large pea sized dobs on the pad, wipe the pad and liquid over the job and go again….polish until you’re happy that you’ve covered it evenly…..the Pro Heavy Cut residue dry, then wipe it off with a clean, quality microfibre cloth.
Remember, you’d use the same process on tanks, bars, bumpers, rims or deck plates…..UltraCut does the heavy lifting, Pro brings the shine !
The kit includes – 10 150mm Alpha discs, 10 – Silverline premium microfibre cloths, one 24 oz Bottle of UltraCut and a 24 Oz Bottle of Rebel Pro Heavy Cut.
