This wheel has a layer of cloth abrasive between each layer of non-woven material….giving it a little more aggression and cut, while the structure of the non-woven abrasive will leaves a fine and consistent surface finish on all metals. We’d suggest a speed range of 3000 – 6000 Rpm. The wheel can be used on a drill, low speed hi-torque die grinder, or similar variable speed tool. The wheel is ideal for cutting a lineal grain onto items like swingarm’s or any surface where you want a brushed look.
